This is bring to notice you to that i had purchaed Digital tv on 6th March from viriti infocomm & payment was done on the same day i.e. 1990 to Mr. karan executive from viriti Infocomm.
I was told that tha installation waill be done tomorow Till date tha installation is not done & even i hvent got any set top box, I aclled up to the call cenetrt they told pls contact to the local dealer they install the same. but when i contacted the local dealer they told u havent purchased from me then y should i install. Pls conatct to your Virit office. Virit infocoom is not replying on phone & as well as on mail. The trailing mail is attched for your refrnce.

Thanks for the mail. Now with regards to the captioned mail. I had booked the same & handed over the cash to your exutive MR. Karan ;where has given the activation kit only.
Mr. karan told that we canot give setop of box along with the activation, it comes from the company, just you need to call in to the call cneter. I called up to the call center, and they replied like u will get the installation as well as the setop box from the place where u have given the cash., not only this they have asked for the setop box no. Ace no & many more things to generate the customer Id.
I am feeling cheated by your company.
Kindly let me know when can I expect the installation. Or else ask your executive to refund the money on prority basis.
