Charged Extra while installation

Respected Sir,

I have gone for an installation of Airtel DTH HD Connection. The installation guy name Pawan Kuma gave me a receipt No. 1222 of Rs. 150. According to him Airtel Provided 2 Connector free of cost. One will be attached to the back of Airtel Digital Box and other to the antenna which is installed on the terrace. What he told me is that he has installed 3 extra on the terrace, so I have to pay him Rs 150.

My wife did pay him. Later, after coming back to home, I could not find any extra connector. I made a complain to airtel, complain no. 565980.

Its almost a month, whenever I call them regarding this, the line gets disconnected. Further, according to one of the call center person, this case was closed for no reason.By the time I request them to reopen, the line got disconnected again. Every time I complain regarding line disconnection, all they say is sorry. and as soon as I inform about my problem. The line gets disconnected. This is clean cheating. I dont know with how many of them they are doing this. Not all people are technical and check all these things.
