I got an Airtel Digital TV recorder for Diwali last year and its been having issues right from the day of purchase. After repeated emails to customer care (who don't understand any other language other than Hindi), they replaced my dish and box and it was fine for sometime. Recently they sent an engineer home and they changed the dish. I think they took the 1 that was working fine, coz this one's too bad. I spent almost 4k for this recorder. I think there's no point in writing to Airtel anymore, I'll throw this box and get something else. (Airtel is spoiling its own reputation that it earned in the mobile industry, by entering into Digital TV)
