It reflects that the entire nodal officer and customer care at Airtel DTH is induldging in creating fraud, passing wrong comittments.
Intially airtel intiates a fraud and when I submitted the fact then it apolizes and promise to rectify, concludes and settle its issue after 75 days by crediting Rs.300/- and 580/- on two connections on 08/04 making all three connection for free subscription valid till 29th may and tereafter suspending the account and on enquiry another fraud arises out that they themself have debited the account and suspended the connection. From the very first day of the connection I requested them to receive back their instrument and pack back my hard earned money but all in vein
Do I have a senior authority email to post my complain or this is it?
