Extremley bad customer service

This is fourth incidence of complaint, which they either didn't resolved or I had to do extensive escalation.

Complaint number is 3476106 and 3283707despite of innumerous calls they are not resolving it.

Earlier they cheated me and charged twice for extra cable wire. Cash was charged by people came for installation and they deducted from my account too.

I recharged once for Rs 3350/- it took 4 days to reflect it. Again with extensive escalations.

Last month signal was not coming to my TV it took 3 days to resolve it. Again I had to call every two hours.
