Since last two days I have been contacting / complaining customer centers (18001028080 &[email protected]) for non receipt of many channels and setup box problem. They (Customer care executives) are confusing me and giving local dealers' nos which are non existent nor switched-off. My complaints registered vide reference nos 2414832 dtd 15/04/10 & 24211812 dtd 16/04. Local dealers are saying that this is not our job and we would not attend this.
in such a scenario, what a customer would do. Having such a network and setup, no-one would expect so poor response from Airtel. If you are not able to provide services how do you dare entering into business activities of digital tv. Plz. try to resolve it otherwise, i would be proceeding legally.
