Hi,
I did my Airtel Digital TV recharge using online (www.airtel.in) self care option with the amount of 800Rs.
but my account was recharged to 300 only. Later i have given complaints to Airtel customercare. They book the complaint and says some Back-end team will get back you regarding this.
Those people are very cunning people simply they used to call me and get the bank transaction reference and closes the ticket. but my account is never recharged with the remaining amount 500.
I had given almost 10 complaints but no luck.
Please don't recharge Airtel TV through online. That application is worst with several bugs.
