No service since last 16 days

Hello,

Myself Soumitra Behera, I am having Airtel DTH connection on the name of Mousumi Mulliek having Customer ID 3000948501. From 07th of april my airtel DTH set up box is not working and I have registered a complain about this. Since then I have called more than 20 times but no luck they are not looking into this. the airtel dealer also not picking the call.

Please help us.
