Channel Top ups not activated

I activated few top ups from the Airtel Digital TV Portal on my Subscription. However, the channels have not been activated and also I have not received any form of acknowledgement regarding this. This is not acceptable considering the advertised customer experience claim of Airtel Digital TV.
