I've been using Airtel digital tv for 6 months now. Since last Friday (15/07) am getting Error code 6 in all the channels. When i called up the customer care i was informed that my account is in safe custody. I have not placed any safe custody request in the past.
Till yesterday (18/07) i had a balance of Rs. 40.37 in my Airtel Digital TV account. The customer care executive asked me to recharge to a minimum of Rs. 100 to resolve this Error Code 6 issue. I recharged it to Rs. 100 and now my airtel digital tv account balance is Rs. 140.37, even now the issue is not resolved.
When i called up the customer care today, they informed me that they have escalated this issue to their senior officials and also told that I will receive a call within 30 minutes. I've not got any complaint number for this issue also. I've written to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] on top of calling the customer care regarding a solution for my issue. Would appreciate if you can resolve this issue immediately. Thanks.
