I am using Airtel Digital TV. All the channels except ‘100’ are showing error code 2 with the message “the card is invalid”. My account balance is 1000 . From past 4 days i was calling the customer care those people are asking me to repeat the same steps... remove... wipe the card... insert and restart again. I told them that in previous calls they made me to do the same thing. No way they made repeat the same steps. After 3 calls they registered a complaint. They said the engineer will be there in 24 hrs. Since 3 days the same statement is repeating. When i ask them to connect to their supervisor their tone becomes harsh. Ridiculous service.
