Adding topup never works

My Airtel Customer ID is 3003381679. For almost a month I have been trying to add two channels to my Airtel package through their website. Jeevan TV (Malayalam) and Movies Now (English).

When I added it, it will work for a day or two. I can see the channels added in my package in Airtel website. But from third day onwards the newly added channels vanish and they say it is not subscribed. The same channels disappear from my package as well.

I am tired of talking to Airtel Digital TV Customer service as first of all you can't reach the operator through the phone menu they provided. You have to try a different menu item, say Change package or add new channel and then you get to talk to them.

Second thing about Airtel Digital Customer service is they speak only Hindi even though they are taking from Chennai. No English. I can speak good Hindi but I am just wondering why they are insisting on speaking in Hindi even though I am calling from a Southern state.

I just tried adding the same channels and want to see if the same issue happens AGAIN. I am forced to submit complaint here as there is no other way I can get my service properly.
