Worst service, Digital TV not working

MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE TAKING AN AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION. ITS THE THIRD TIME I CALLED THEM FOR THE SAME PROBLEM (SAYS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD NEW SOFTWARE AND IT DOES NOT, DUE TO WHICH SYSTEM RESTARTS EVERY 10 MINUTES) IN A SPAN OF 5 MONTHS. THE PREVIOUS TIME THE ENGINEER CAME HE SAID IT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM FOR MANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVE TO UPDATE EVERY SYSTEM MANUALLY. HE ASSURED ME THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

WELL GUESS NOT, SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, ONLY THIS TIME I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY JUST DISCONNECTS THE CALL AFTER LISTENING TO ME. I CALL BACK AGAIN AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND ONLY AFTER GETTING REALLY ANGRY DID THE GUY TRANSFER TO HI SUP.

WELL THE SUPERVISOR SAYS THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS AND IF A ENGINEER COMES I HAVE TO PAY Rs100/- FOR NO FAULT OF OURS. THEY GIVE A FAULTY SETUP BOX (AS CONFIRMED BY THEIR OWN ENGINEER) AND THEN ASK US TO PAY FOR EVERY TIME THEY VISIT. THIS IS RIDICULES. SO I GUESS THIS IS THEIR WAY OF MAKING MORE MONEY.. BY GIVING FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND THEN CHARGING THE CUSTOMER FOR EVERY VISIT.

THE COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 14414869 AND I SPOKE TO CHETAN KUMAR FROM BENSON TOWN OFFICE AT BANGALORE.

THIS REALLY SUCKS...
