This is Praharsh Gupta from Barabanki (Uttar Pradesh).
I have an Airtel digital TV connection from approx 18 months, and facing issues with Airtel digital TV from last 6 months.
Here is a error code coming B001, which comes often in this connection.
Last month we have called a service engineer for the issue and paid 100 rs for the same.
Again this month same issue has come 5-6 times with error code B001 and gets ok automatically.
Do we really need to ask a service engineer for this type of issue everyday and pay 100 rs in month as a extra monthly charge??
We are not getting any response on mail or call from Airtel Digital TV customer care!
Please do the needful!
