On 30th may morning I experienced that my digital tv connection was not showing any display due to signal lost. We contacted to the customer care executive in the afternoon (4:39:45 pm) and told the details of the problem. The customer care executive assured that they shall take action and also claimed that a massage including complaint number would be send to the registered number as the confirmation of the complaint. But till now no massage have been sent to the registered number and no action has been taken. I am very much upset with the noncooperation of the airtel digital tv authority. The ID No. of our airtel digital tv is 3001077647.Please take adequate action against airtel digital tv authority so that they pay their keen attention to the consumers.
