My name is Pragyan Behera but I am registering this complain on behalf of my father.
We have airtel DTH setbox and its remote has stopped functioning. After registering a complain in the toll free number they registered a complain and provided a local contact number on 5/6/10.The remote was replaced on 6/6/10 but after 2 days all the keys stopped working again. The remote worth Rs 150 stopped working after 2 days and then again we registerd a complain on 8/6/10.They local number and the toll free number customer service has dissappointed alot. They had misguided us and now dnt let us speak to the technician also. As per the complain it was said that the problem will be solved on 9/6/10 before 12:05pm at the afternoon. Its is so digusting that after calling for more than 20 times they are not able to communicate properly and are giving us false timing. The service is horrible and more than that they cheat. A new remote stopped functioning within 2 days. The a/c has been recharged with Rs 600.It is horrible and too poor.
Airtel has the worst service and their service centers are filled with lazy people who dont even try to listen to customer complaints.
