Poor Service

Respected Sir,

I am Jigar Shah, I have customer of Airtel Digital TV Since 2009.i registered my complaint with Airtel Digital TV On Date: 10/01 regarding remote control not working.

I received reply by mobile from Digital TV On 16/01, They provide address of dealer in Bina M/s Mahavir Agency, Badi bajariya (Mr. Amitkumar Jain). Digital TV Officer told me u buy new remote The remote Cost is Rs/-150 but dealer want Rs/-200 without bill & dealer behavior is very very poor. They told me who is Airtel Digital TV if u Required Remote u pay Rs/-200 either u goes and complaint against me anybody I don't care.

Kindly requested to you please strict action against the dealer.
