Frequent Signal loss

Dear Airtel, (cust ID 3000 73 96 14)

I have been experiencing Signal Loss since last 4-5 days, around evening time the problem will start, the signal comes back again in the morning/afternoon.

I stay in an apartment, and your CC agent doesnt know about this (strange)

I have logged a complaint, but the CC agent was not able to resolve.
