REFUNDING OF BALANCE AMOUNT

Dear sir,

I disconnected my Digital TV connection on 24.10.2011. I was told that the balance money in my account (a sum of rs 243.82) will be refunded to me as soon as possible). Today nearly after two months my money has not been refunded. Repeatedly I am mailing to the airtel digital tv regarding the same. But they are not giving any response.

You are kindly requested to intervene so that I can get a positive solution.
