Inspite of having recharged the account in valid time period, my connection was inacctivated. Repeated calls to Customer Care was just to test my level of pateince and harassment to self as a customer.

None of the customer care executives namely Mr. YASHPAL (Called at 9:20pm, 02 Jan'10), Mr. AMAN AHMED (Called at 10:20pm, 02 Jan'10) could give me valid reason for discontinuation of services and approximate time of resolving my complaint numbers #1694064 and #1697487. They even denied me connecting to their supervisors on flimsy grounds. Prompt action needs to be taken against such individuals and services.
