We have received the SMS from Airtel DigiTV stating that there is an offer
of Rs.999 for existing customers of Airtel with one month subscription free
To avail this we already put in the request to Customer care to install the Set top box at our home.
Four Working days passed, and till the time no one came to collect money from us, we are calling at 12150 on regular basis but with no positive response.
We even went to Airtel Outlet but that also left in VAIN as they said they can't help us in this regard as they are not authorized people.
Please tell to whom we should contact in this regard??
This is creating Utter Confusion and further it doesn't look good that Brand
like Airtel is SO VERY POOR TO TREAT ITS OLD and VERY OLD CUSTOMERS...
