ITS BEEN ONLY 10 DAYS, I GOT TWO AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTIONS BY PAYING RS.6000/- FOR ONE YEAR AND MY SERVICES ARE DISCONTINUED FROM LAST 28 HOURS FOR THE REASON OF NEGATIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE... THAT MEANS RS. 6000/- CONSUMED IN 10 DAYS...!!! THEY ASK ME TO RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT.
I BOUGHT THOSE CONNECTIONS ON 01.01.2010... MY FIRST AND WORST MISTAKE OF 2010.PLEASE HELP ME... BECAUSE IM NOW TIRED OF CALLING THEIR PATHETIC, IRRESPONSIBLE, DUMB AND HIGHLY INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
FRIENDS... PLS THINK, NOT ONLY TWICE BUT AS MANY TIMES YOU CAN... AND NEVER BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.
I'M USING TATA SKY ALSO FROM LAST ONE YEAR... THEIR QUALITY, TROUBLE FREE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN AIRTEL.
