Excess deduction from my Recharge amount

I had got my account having customer ID 3000554004 recharged on 09.06.2009 by paying Rs.2500.00. I had subscribed for Value pack. Subsequently when Color channel was ousted from Value pack, I requested to top up the same also. My monthly charges should be around Rs.145.00 P.M. thereby making my recharge sufficient enough for more than 18 months. But I received an SMS on 18.12.09 that my digital TV a/c balance was only Rs.19.45, valid till 23.12.09. I got my account recharged with Rs. 1000.00 on 18.12.09 to avoid stoppage of service to my account.

I have sent email twice to '[email protected]' requsting them to clarify as to how my account has been debited to last for only 6 months where as I had paid for more than 18 months. I have not received any reply from them. My last email was on 3rd January.
