I have made around 8 to 9 complaints to Airtel digital tv customer care. Such a useless people cannot help the customers and are not pleasant to take too sometimes i feel they are rude. Then the engineers the next useless people on the earth. They will take the entire day to find what the problems is? They almost forget that we have office to go and are very very rude too. They just have to change the cable for which they have almost taken 31/2months. The complaint was given from september initial they did follow up and solved the problem. The same problem occured again so i complainted on Nov 7th but nothing has happened since then dec 15th again i complainted but he did not carry the cable with him which has to be cahnged such a bad communication between the team. If they had clearly told the engineer to carry the cable the problem would ve been solved way back now its almost 31/2 months inbetween i had to travel a lot and had notime to follow with these people. Now again i have complainted on the 22nd march the engineers just call but never turn up but we have to keep waiting for thme leaving our work not fair... and the customer care very rude people all i know is i will make sure that all my friends and family do not by your DHT service horrible experience anyways i am sure writting this mail will also not make anydifference to ur team such a waste of time pls understand we do have life what if this happens with you be alter in ur job thats what you r paid for atleast do ur 8hrs job properly
