Setup box not received after 21 days of payment

Dear Sir,

Sub: Setup box/installation not done even after 21 days of payment

Ref: Airtel Customer ID - 3003394381

Airtel Transaction ID - 7658348

I had applied for a new Airtel DTH connection on March 10 by paying Rs.1850 through credit card. The amount got debited the same day. However I have not received any setup box nor installation dish so far. I had done numerous phone calls to their heldesk number, but each time they ask about the transaction ID and confirm that the installation would be done within 24 hours. I even sent email and got return confirmation that it will be resolved at the earliest.

If Airtel does not wish to give me a connection, I would like my money to be refunded. Kindly advice on how to proceed on the above matter.
