Recharge problem

I had booked a movie at 3:00 P.M. When the corresponding channel does not show the movie at 3 I try calling the customer care 18001028080 the call gets roouted to Airtel prepaid number. Finally I get some Pune or some Maharashtra number and then when I reach them after listening to all the nonsense the computerised version the operator asks me wait half aan hour more almost till 4 and then watch the movie. Does she mean that I subscribe for a movie at 3 and start watching from 4 and yet the money gets debited.
