I have approached customer care of Airtel Digital TV again on 23rd June at 7.30 am (could not contact earlier due to our workload) and spoke with your executive and assured me that our problem will be resolved
After a long wait we contacted customer care again, we were told that our problem will be resolved shortly and i have given a time for problem resolution, further since 3 days i am calling to customer care but instead of getting solution i am getting a resolution time but no solution. just a assurance that the problem will be resolved.
I have never expected such a bad response from airtel. I request you to resolve our problem asap.
