Dear Team,
I have purchased Digital setup box (stb id:-30845751798 & View card No:0000 1963 9467) two months back. I have recharge the account by Rs300 2 days back and now there is Rs.300 account balance.
From 2days I am trying to your helpdesk to resolve the complaint and registered the complaint twice, but the complaint is still not yet resolved

The funny thing is they are again forwarding the complaint and making another service request and asking me to wait for another 24hrs to resolve the complaint.
Does Airtel required so much time to resolve the my complaint??? Is Airtel team is so much in capable to resolve the complaint I am unable to understand???
Hope today the complaint is resolve.
