Airtel Digital TV customer ID: 3003445662
I purchased digital tv connection on 13th March
On 23rd April, I UPGRADED my connection to DVR (recorder). I paid 6990 for the connection and I was supposed to get Rs 1000 cash back into my account within 7 days as I was UPGRADING my account and am an existing customer as per the offer. Its been 2 months but yet I haven't received my cash back.
I called Airtel and opened a complaint. However both the times, they closed my SR by saying that I have 2 connections so I am not eligible for this. SR 2682808 and 2743150. I only have 1 connection and they keep on saying I have 2 connection.
I escalated the issue and they sent a customer service rep to my house to check. They confirmed that I had only 1 connection and they figured out the problem also. The old set top box that I had returned was never entered in the system. They told me that it shall be taken care within 2 days. It's been almost 20 days now but no update on this.
