Dear Sir,
I had a Airtel Digitel TV connection here in Satna (MP) in the month of May i have take the 4 month subscription and paid Rs. 1800/- at the time of connection. Initially all the channels which include in the package were shown very well but down the line from last 20 days some of the channels has been blocked due to any technical problem by Airtel company.
In continuation i had register my complaint on there customer support no (020-40181400) twice and they have given me two different complaint no each time first one is 3245697 and the second is 3267790 but till today night no technical support has been provided by the company.
I would just like to file a consumer case against the company, please guide what should i do in this regard as this is nothing except a case of mental harassment.
Please take a necessary action against the service provider and oblige me.
