Dear sir,
I have purchased a DTH connection of Airtel on 25th May. I am facing problem since 15th July as the Set Top box is not working and there is no signal. I had registered a complain # 3307247 on 15th July but till date the problem has not been resolved. The Customercare is also very inefficient and there is no where one can go incase of some problem. the customer is left at the mercy of the dealer. This is the most inefficient company I have encountered and vouch in future not to us any Bharti Product.
I request u to pls facilitate a refund as i would not like to continue with this company's services.
