CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE... 12150

I HAVE PAID UP FOR AN AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION ON 24/7, I AM A WORKING PERSON, HAD TAKEN OFF ON 26/7 HOPING THAT THE ENGINEERS WOULD COME ACROSS FOR THE INSTALLATION, MY SON HAD TAKEN OFF FROM SCHOOL ON 28/7, I HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TIMES, STILL NO RESPONSE... THIS IS GETTING CRAZY... CAN SUMONE PLEASE ADVICE WHAT SHOULD I DO... WHERE DO I TAKE THIS TO... SHOULD WE GO TO THE POLICE/MEDIA FOR HELP BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE FROM AIRTEL DIGITAL ATTENDING ON CUSTOMER CARE LINE. PLEASE HELP.
