Dear Sir,
I had purchased AIrtel ditl dish TV and installed in the month of may'10. Now the subscription period is over.
Now the issue is they have stopped services even for national channels too. I had a talk with there representative on customer care line 12150 on 13th and 14th evening. On 13th they told me that the same will be started very soon but when i called on 14th they denied for starting services for national channels and told me to recahrge for paid channles than only the free channels will released.
Kindly look in to matter and advice.
