I my flat in Chennai, the signal goes off during rain & even when it drizzles. A complain was lodged in 24 hrs helpline No. I was told by the online executive that this problem is genuine & exists in several flats. Thereafter a complain ID was provided & I was assured that a service engineer will come & set this alright. After sometime I received an SMS that my complain is resolved, but actually we note that problem remains as it is. Contacted over helpline no, we were told that this problem has no solution & this will remain like this. Suddenly they deducted Rs100 as charge toward this.
The problem is created by Airtel & not by me & hence it is the duty of Airtel to rectify this. Also the problem remains as it is, but still a deduction.
A complain is lodged with no response, as usual.
