Paid Rs. 5490 for digital TV, yet no product delivery and no response from customer care

I paid Rs. 5490 for airtel digital TV recorder on sep 13. I was told that installation will be done within 48 hours. I had problem booking the order, so CCE proactively called me back to take the order thru IVR options. I paid thru credit card.

Now its 12 days since I placed the order, I received no sms/call from airtel digital TV. Morever I called Cust care almost 40 to 50 times, but 98% times my call was disconnected by CCE, bcoz they didint had details and were unable to resolve my queries. I spoke to three CCE, Mr. Swapnil Rane, Mr. Aniket Kadam and Mr. Arpan, they assured me that my problem will be solved within half an hour, but nothing like that happend. I sent several mails to their customer care, apart from autoreply, no mail was replied. I applied for refund thru email, but again zero response from CC. Please help me to retrieve my amount back
