Inefficient customer service

I am a loyal customer of airtel and have been using the service since long time back but on the since 10oct

10 i have been facing problems as it says that there is no signal I launched a complaint by calling their contact centre, I had a word with a guy called pulasth who gave me a complaint no 415336 but it took him ages for giving me a complaint no.and also he was not aware of the charges for it first he said that it might charge rs400 and then rs 300 for the visit and assured me that the eng would be at my place B 1/ 341 janak puri, new delhi 110058 then I called up again to confirm on the same day had a word with another rep ritika who also assured me the same thing and then on the next day on the 11oct 10 I called up agin in the morning and was assured the same thing that the eng is on the way and would be coming between 10-12 am by agent ravi.

After waiting till 12.45pm I had to call back again to make sure that if the eng is coming or not I was told that the engineer is supposed to come on the 13oct 10 not 11oct 10 which was totally unacceptable as i am also a salaried person I also have work commitment, this is a of total negligence and inconvenience.

I was also promised a call back frm the manager whose name was given to me by harinder another agent

that manager named as nandeshwar will give a call which I never recd.

I would please request this matter to be taken as priority and also I need compensation regarding this matter.
