CHEATING THE CUSTOMER

Dear Sir

i am having a AIRTEL DIGITAL TV south mega package since Dec 09. During purchase and installation, AIRTEL advertised a package inwhich we were told that if u pay for 10 months, there will be an addl credit of two months. We took this package in Dec AFTER PAYING FULL AMOUNT OF Rs 3050 approx. Now i have been intimated through automated SMS after 10 month, that either to recharge or the SERVICES will be suspended. They did not give any credit for two months.

I approached the customer care on 28 Oct 10 immediately and a got confirmation too that the two months have been now credited, ironically today ie 29 Oct the customer care has different story to tell. They have informed that U DO WHAT EVER U WANT, U WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

This kind of fraudulant act must be dealt with severity
