It has been almost 40 days since my Airtel Digital TV Set-top box started mal-functioning. I must have made at least 15 complaints to the customer care but they gave aonly assurance and never bothered to get my problem rectified. Each time I called them, they used to give me one fresh date and when I told them that I have received the same assurance earlier, they would tell me that this time it will bes olved but till today they have not even bothered to contact me.
It is really shocking how shameless a company can be in this age of competition.
They will send you hundreds of SMS regarding the expiry of your account but will never bother to solve your problem.
I hope their nodal officers (rather sarkari babus) are seeing this complaint and take some action on this.
I also hope their CEO Mr Ajai Puri is also taking note of it and see how their sub-ordinates are running the company.
