Very bad service

My customer ID is 3000316406) (in the name of the owner of my house). I am seeing a blank black screen on my Airtel Digital TV for last 10 days. Have been complaining regarding the same to Airtel Digital TV consistently, yet no resolution.

The worst part is that after such a pathetic experience, I intend to discontinue the service and move to some other operator. These guys are not willing to give me back the INR 500 excess deposit (Advance payment) from my account.

Every time I call them, they say our engineer will visit your site in next two hours. Damn the same comment every time.

One I could reach some senior executive and he was all pain balm to me..Yet no resolution.

Airtel Digital: You are a bad bad service. 10 days of blank screen, and yet no resolution.

BTW I have waited like 10 hours (Atleast) on their customer care 'hold'. And have figured out easier ways to reach the customer care.

1. Do not use the tech support IVR, instead if you use a recharge one or add on/movie one, they are prompt to pick up.
