Airtel DTH Installation delay and miscommunication

I have purchased a Sony Bravia LED tv and was given an airtel hd dth connection free alongwith that. i have registered it on there customer care centre on 19th february. i was given a promise of installation on 20th feb, however none came. since then i have called them more than 30 times and daily i am given a promise of installation the next day. the concern is that i am a working professional and no one is available at home in day time. i have told the same to the airtel people, they said they will get it installed after 8 p.m. But there is no response from there end.
