Non addressal of complaints

Dear Sirs

I had registered complaint vide # 6614945 on 4/4 for resolution which was promised to be resolved by 5/4 1000am. However, no one called and no resolution was done.

When we called the local office, they said they had not received any complaint and that they will charge money if they have to come at our request.

Further, on repeated calls to District (Mathura) office yielded no result and then we received SMS that complaint is resolved. Whereas no one even attended to it.

We called call center again who generated another complaint no. # 6653587 and gave number of Territory officer 05224414761.

However, repeated attempts to contact them and the Mathura no have failed.
