I am writing this with real frustration and pain I had gone through with your technical customer support team of AirTel TV.
I am having the service for past 5 months. I have been complaining about the following problems for past 2 – 3 months.
1. Pixelization problem, the video quality on many channels were very poor, this happens on and off.
2. Many subscribed channels disappears from the list and not able to view them anymore.
I have called the customer support many times and every time the customer support person takes my complaint and tells me that they will send someone to my home for the fix very soon. Many times I was given the time schedule for the repair. But no one comes to my home for the repair and so far not even received single call from your customer support regarding my complaints.
I am really surprised by the attitude of their customer support, Horrible customer support, they have now idea of what is happening... REALLY BAD...
They don’t care about me because I am a pre paid customer? Isn’t? Is that is the mistake I have done taking one year subscription? I am paying for my High definition channels and I am not able to see them for many months….
Here is my advice... don't even think of getting AirTel TV service.
