Hi,

I subscribed the HD channels package from Airtel Digital TV. They say the it has the Dolby Digital plus Sound in these channels.

When I subscribed the HD channels there was no Dolby Sound in these channels and also there is a distorted sound. When I raise this with the customer care they send some incapable technical person who don't understands the problem and close the requests without solving the problem.

My problem still persists.

Hi,

I have some escalations to be done for my Airtel HD digital TV which is not getting solved by the customer care for a long time.

I have taken an HD package but the very next day on 21March I logged a

complaint (No: 6189442) regarding my problem with the sound in the MOVIES NOW HD channel. Firstly, I am not getting Dolby Digital sound in this channel. Second, the is a sound is extremely distorted whenever there is any loud sounds, for example explosion or airplane etc sounds.

I constantly chased the log in customer care and finally they asked me call on a phone no (9650640011) for my problem. Then again after chasing on this phone no for 2 days they sent 2 persons on 24th Mar. These persons had absolutely NO IDEA of the problem and promised to send some senior person.

I requested them not to close the complaint (No: 6189442) till the problem is resolved.

On 25th Mar, I somehow got connected to customer care 12150 and the person on the other side told that the complaint is closed and disconnected the call.

Is this the way you operate in the support?

May I request you to please look into this issue and get the problem resolved and also to get some more trained people to handle the incident calls.
