By mistake I took the Airtel Digital TV connection (Customer ID 3001196701) and after one year, did not want to renew the subscritpion. Now even after 6 months, I get four SMS / two phone calls on a daily basis and sometime the embarrassed sales person aplogetically says that set up box is not yet recovered. It is surprising that they do not from where to recover the set up box. They do not allow us to return the equipment on our own. Twice I had logged a complaint / sent few mails to the company / twice spoke to the call centre... In short, you want to discontinue Airtel digital TV connection, then be prepared for harrassment from the company side. My cable walla was more decent when I originally disconnected the connection when i moved out to Airtel digital TV. I was informed that the picture will not allright in Airtel TV if the cable connection is more than 100 metres and since I stay in the first floor of a four storeyed apartment, picture will not be OK. If the picture is not clear, then how can they expect a renewal from a subscribe
