Now a days if i try to connect to an agent at the ADTV toll free, it simply says to SMS CALL to a number and hungs the phone . and no one responds for that SMS too.. they can close the DTH shop immediately with absolutely no service, my customer id is 3007894163 . their website also is a junk, most of the time says, sorry unable to serve the request, pls try later if i click on any link after logging in, .
