I have given a complaint to Airtel Digital TV saying that i'm not able to hear sound. They took the complaint and immediately replaced the Set top box and told me that it will be activated in 48 hours. I was very happy with the customer service. Later it still is a big disppointment. It's been 15 days and i am not able to view any channels. It's been 15 days I gave a complaint to customer care by calling 12150.
Everyday i raised the complaint and here are the complaint numbers.

Everyday i raise a request and by evening i get a message saying issue is resolved. Where as it is not resolved. Airtel charges it's customers on a daily prorata basis. I had a balance of Rs 179.45 15 days back. For the past 15 days they have been deducting my balance inspite of my set top box not working and I am not able to see any channels. My current balance is Rs 88 only.
Please help me in this regard.
