Hi Team,
I m feeling succourless due to the services provided by the Airtel Digital services.
I am using the Airtel DTH from last 2 years and every month i pay visit charge except the recharge voucher.
When i ask to the engineer, they says the problem will not occur again.
Recently we paid Bracket and LNB charges in last 15 days but the problem is again same today as it was.
At the same place we are using the TATA SKY services, and i am surprized to see, even a single visit is not required for TATA DTH services.
Why?
This type of services are really frustating for me and there is no way except termination of my relationship with Airtel.
I didnt expect this type of services from AIRTEL DTH.
I need your kind intervene in this regard
