New Connection nto get activated

Sir,

Topic: Airtel Digital TV Connection not get activated

I've purchased a new airtel DTH Connection by clicking 'Buy Online'.

On 23rd August, Mr. Manish Gupta called me and say the steps to purchase online and I paid Rs.1440 through HDFC Debit Card. (Online Purchase ref. No. 3828557)

Saturday (27-08 - 2 pm) I got installed the Dish and STB.

But till this time (3rd sept.) my Account not activated and can't see any channels.

Says, please recharge your account. (error 6)

My customer ID (as said by the person who installed the equip.) - 3008657182.

I called the customer care exec. 2-3 times a day for last 6 days. They says the problem will solve within an hour. But nothing happens.

The phone of connectindia (91 120-4087615), not getting.
