I have paid for upgradation of set box to HD on 30.08.2011 after following and giving complain several time installation was done on 2.09.2011 after 4 days. They have not updated new STB Id and VC No. Reason I am getting error code 6 since 4 o clock from 2.09. have talk several time means more than 10 times but they close the complain without any enquiry. They don't have any empathy towards customer and very very poor customer handling.
Call center person either they don't have expertise or they don't have enough option to sort out the customer grievances.
I request the Airtel authority to refund the full money. I am already having Dish TV connection I am switching over to Dish TV.
Please refund the amount within 7 days else legal action shall be initiated at your cost.
