My Name is Gagan Mittal. I had baught an Airtel Digital TV DTH connection on 15th October. I had bougt it online from the website of Airtel for Rs. 1590. My customer id is 3009033531 and my order id is 372571. First of all the was a delay of one week in installation as against 48 hours mentioned on their website. Now the connection has been installed, but it has not been activated till now as a result i am not able to see any channel for last 3 days. There is nobody to listen to my complaint.
